30 Day Challenge, Day 18
We ate our supreme egg loaf again for breakfast. I made another batch of mayonaise and used it in some tuna salad that I ate with cucumber and tomato for lunch. Dinner was another batch of crock pot curry but this time I used shrimp instead of chicken. I did the veggies just like they were done the first day and I added the shrimp for the last 20 minutes leaving the lid off so that they would not over cook and get rubbery. It was just as good with the shrimp! Sorry I do not have one picture from our food, it was a super busy day and all of this is already on this blog somewhere so I did not want to be too repetitive. Hope to have something to show you for day 19, we are having meatballs out of the crock pot.
